Our Commitment
We have been successfully growing and selling our dahlia tubers for 9 years. Through these years we have met many customers who have remained loyal to our farm and in turn we have remained loyal in bringing forth our very best. We understand that dahlias are an investment. Please take some time and make sure you do your research. Dahlias are easy plants to grow but getting them started and storing them are challenging areas for some! Each order will be sent with our dahlia guide. Please make adjustments to fill the needs in your environment. We can not be responsible for poor growing conditions and do not offer refunds based on this. Also, we do not offer refunds if you’ve left your box unopened for several days, months or even if you found them a year later. Please open your package, inspect and provide appropriate growing or holding environment needed.
We guarantee that our tubers will be sent with a visible eye, and maybe even a sprout to really start you off! We also guarantee that our rooted cuttings are truly rooted and will be ready for you to pot up or plant in the ground if your environment is ready. We have grown 100’s of rooted cuttings in our fields with great success and all have grown tubers.
We also try to be as organized as we can by tagging all our varieties. But mistakes do happen. If you find a variety that doesn’t match what you ordered from us please let us know by email and we will resolve the issue with you. Send us an email with picture so we may have for reference. Credits will be issued for the following season when approved.
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY - DURING THE LIFE OF OUR CROP, IF WE SEE ANY UNHEALTHY PLANTS IN OUR FIELD, WE PULL THEM IMMEDIATELY AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THEM. THIS IS TRUE FROM THE EARLIEST STAGE TO LATE IN THE SEASON, AS SOME PLANTS DO NOT SHOW SIGNS OF DISEASE UNTIL LATER IN THEIR GROWING STAGE. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMMITTED TO GROWING ONLY A VIGOROUS HEALTHY DAHLIA CROP, WHILE MAINTAINING A HEALTHY FIELD FOR US, AND DISEASE FREE TUBERS AND ROOTED CUTTINGS FOR YOU.
